We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. When you schedule your initial complimentary exam with our office, we will provide you with a welcome packet containing all your new patient forms to be filled out prior to your appointment. At your initial phone call, please give your insurance information so we can verify your benefits. We will be happy to go over your insurance benefits with you at the time of your appointment.
One of our special orthodontic assistants will gladly greet you and guide you through your initial office visit. A series of digital photographs and a panoramic X-ray will be taken and downloaded into your file for further discussion.
Dr. Reardon will discuss his visual findings and make recommendations whether treatment is needed now or should be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption or other factors have occurred. He will also discuss what treatment procedures will be used to correct the problem and how long treatment will last.
If treatment is indicated, financial arrangements will be discussed with our treatment coordinator. We have reserved time following your complimentary exam for diagnostic records. The records include X-rays, impressions for study models and a face bow measurement, which are necessary for developing an appropriate treatment plan.
