Rewards VISA Card

For every friend you refer to our office who schedules treatment and gets their braces on, you will receive a $100 VISA card. Restrictions: Immediate family members are excluded. Only one VISA card, per family for each referral. Rewards VISA card started October 1, 2010.

Referral Recipients

After you use up your VISA card, give it to someone who needs braces. When they bring in the card they will receive $250 off treatment. (Immediate family members are excluded.)
